As a career changer and aspiring Concept Artist my learning experience under Kevin was amazing! I learned a ton in a very short time. That said: the homework was always manageable and gave me the biggest bang for my buck. Kevin is extremely proficient in many disciplines and also is able to teach his methods and the crucial fundamentals to acquire desired skills.
— Vincent Schneider

Kevin has a great way to explain complex principles and ideas in a precise language. He really did help me to rekindle my passion for image making.
Kevin was my instructor for the term and he is a brilliant teacher. He managed to clarify and simplify complex ideas into easy to follow step-by-step exercises or demonstrations. Although the program is already drafted everything was tailored to my needs and goals from the beginning.

I believe that when one is learning it can be vulnerable to breakthrough a new skill, so it was incredibly helpful having a friendly and patient teacher like Kevin to keep motivated.

I feel that I have a better hold on my process now and will keep using the techniques I learned. I am glad I took this mentorship, so If you’re in a similar position as I was I couldn’t recommend it more.
— Jasmine Sarais
Kevin breaks down the art process in a way that clicks and makes it easy to improve upon. It’s not just about the art skills; he showed me how to think like an artist, spot my silly mistakes, and enjoy the process behind creating a painting. Honestly, I can’t thank Kevin enough for everything he’s taught me, and I highly recommend the mentorship to anyone who wants to improve their game.

Mentorship with Kevin was a amazing opportunity to dive deeper into painting, discussing values, color and varoious approches helped me feel more comfortable with my 2D skills. I hightly recommend Kevin’s mentorship to anyone wanting to push his /her painting or drawing skills.
I’ve wanted to get feedback from Kevin for a long time and had high expectations for this mentorship. And all my expectations were met one hundred percent. From the first meeting, I found him very friendly and supportive, and I felt comfortable working with him. He helped me not only with advice and overpaints but also motivated me not to give up and to become a better artist. This mentorship is very helpful and useful, so much so that I took it a second time. The best mentor I could ever imagine
