Tickets for a price of 15€ or less can be refunded if you write us an email with a refunding request to info@drinkanddrawberlin.com at least 12 hours before the beginning of the respective event.

Tickets for 16€ and higher can be refunded if you write us an email with a refunding request to info@drinkanddrawberlin.com at least 72 hours before the beginning of the respective event.

Messages via Instagram, Facebook or any other outlet can not be accepted, nor taken into consideration.

Tickets cannot be refunded after the event under any circumstances.
